Executive chef

Chef Matteo Fanoni, 30 years old from Sondrio. Graduated from the Marconi Hotel Institute in Viareggio, he returns to "1862 Ristorante della Posta" after various experiences that saw him first engaged at the Byron Hotel in Forte dei Marmi and later at the Steffani Hotel in St. Moritz.

Now he is ready to represent the Grand Hotel della Posta where he wants to bring his idea of cuisine: international and innovative, to give Sondrio a breath of fresh air.
